Our Services
Adults Mindfulness Class
$20 (1 hour) - These classes are structured to include meditation, reflection & sharing, simple art exercises, breathing exercises, & peer support. We value connection, acceptance, and present moment awareness.
Kids Mindfulness Class
$20 (1 hour) - These classes focus on how to bring yourself to the present moment and notice body sensations, thoughts, feelings, and your environment. This builds a solid foundation to continue learning mindfulness skills. We focus on community, self-compassion, confidence and empowerment.
Custom Mindfulness Class
$30 (1 hour) - If you are looking for a private class for your sports team, workplace, or group of friends - this is for you. This class begins with a consultation to discuss group goals and preferences. I will then customize your mindfulness class(es) and create a curriculum for you. We focus on personalization, building community, present moment awareness, & connection.
