  • "The Mental Health Paint Night hosted by Mindfulness with Hailey was such a positive evening. The painting was so different from other paint nights I've been to, in a great way. There was no pressure for your art to be anything but exactly what you feel like creating. The mocktails were 10/10 and very affordable too. I've been to multiple of Hailey's weekly Mindfulness classes which include similar art activities. I highly recommend trying both an event night or weekly classes hosted by Mindfulness with Hailey! Hailey is such a calming presence that helps explain Mindfulness in a way that is not overwelming if you're new.
